Lytton Springs 2023 is a showpiece of Ridge’s Dry Creek Valley estate, blending old-vine Zinfandel with Petite Sirah, Carignane, and more for a wine of striking complexity and vibrancy. The growing season was cooler and slower, giving the fruit more time to develop complexity; harvested late and aged in American oak (with only about 19% new), this release captures dark fruit, earth and spice with freshness and structure.

Expect an expressive nose of raspberry, pepper, and licorice, with a palate of black cherry, plum, and supple tannins framed by lively minerality and layered spice. Moderately ripe, wonderfully structured, and critically acclaimed, this vintage shines for cellaring and premium enjoyment.
