Champagne, Wine & Tequila Delivery Details and Costs

Looking for delivery of Champagne or wine for a party, BBQ or just because? Your bottles will be safely packaged by us and we make all the arrangements to ensure that it is tracked and delivered on time.

Next Day Champagne Delivery throughout UK 


We offer next day delivery on all our Champagne, wine & Aperol Spritz throughout the UK.  Orders should be placed before 1300 hours for next working day delivery. Only orders placed Monday - Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Please contact us directly if you are after the deadline and we will try to accommodate. 
 

FAQ's

How will you ship my order?

We use DPD & Royal Mail for all our UK wine deliveries.
All our parcels will be delivered Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm unless Saturday delivery is selected during checkout.
As a security measure, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please kindly ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If alcohol has been purchased, a person of the age of 18 or over must sign for the goods - identification may be requested if there is any doubt regarding age.
If you supply your mobile number when placing your order, our courier will send you a FREE text message on the morning of delivery with a delivery slot, which you can rearrange by reply.
 

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been despatched from The Fulham Wine Company. You will also receive an email from our courier containing a tracking number. This will allow you to track your delivery directly.

What happens if I'm not in?

If you are out when the gift is delivered a card will be left through your door advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your goods. This card will advise you either the location of the depot where the parcel will of be held or, if possible when re-delivery will take place.
Please note  - if approximately 5 days after the first delivery attempt no delivery can be made, no instruction has been given or if the parcel has not been collected, the parcel may be returned to The Fulham Wine Company. Cost for return and re-delivery will be an additional cost, payable by the customer as this is an additional delivery service.
Incorrect delivery details supplied by the Customer are the Customer’s responsibility. An additional carriage fee may be included if the items need redelivering to a new address.

The Fulham Wine Company are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, expenses, failure or delay during delivery, nor does such occurrence permit the Customer to refuse to accept delivery or repudiate the contract.

 


Returns Policy 

Faulty or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

Corked or Spoiled Wine

If you believe a wine is corked or faulty, please contact us at info@fulhamwinecompany.co.uk We may request that the bottle (with wine still inside) be returned for inspection.
Once confirmed, we’ll happily issue a replacement or refund.

Unwanted or Incorrect Orders

As wine is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted items or orders placed in error once they have been dispatched.
However, if you contact us before dispatch, we’ll do our best to amend or cancel the order.

Returning an Item

If a return has been agreed upon, please ensure:

  • Bottles are unopened and in their original condition

  • Packaging is secure and protective

  • You use a tracked delivery service

Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your card provider.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods if they are non-perishable and unopened. Since most of our products contain perishable goods (wine, Champagne, or spirits), these regulations may not apply to opened or consumable items.
