This Blanc de Blancs Champagne from the House of Baron Fuente is the perfect expression of the mineral Chardonnay grape. 100% Chardonnay gives a pure and delicate Champagne with discrete floral notes on the nose. It is fresh in the mouth with a hint of lemon zest.

For the price of a standard grade big house-blended cuvee, this is a single vineyard, single varietal expression of incredible beauty and depth. This unique Champagne comes from a nine-and-a-half acre single vineyard in Saacy-sur-Marne called the Chantemanche.

It is aged for five years on the lees giving a more finished and rounded Champagne. This creamy, nutty Blanc de Blancs is seamless, integrated and has good, refreshing lift on the finish.

The Baron Family have owned vineyards since the 17th Century and use grapes from the best villages in the region to produce quality Champagnes.
