Laurent-Perrier's Cuvée Rosé is the wine that defined modern rosé Champagne. When the house launched it in 1968, it pioneered the maceration method - resting whole Pinot Noir grapes on their skins for 48 to 72 hours to draw colour and aroma from the fruit itself, rather than blending in red wine. It remains the reference point for the style.
It's 100% Pinot Noir from ten grand cru villages, including Bouzy, aged around five years in the cellars and bottled in the distinctive crest-engraved shape modelled on a flask once given to King Henri IV.
