Sourced exclusively from exceptional old-vine parcels in the region, this Chenin Blanc is a masterclass in South African texture and deeply concentrated fruit.

The winemaking approach here is entirely focused on preserving the profound character of these low-yielding bush vines. After a careful hand-harvest, the juice is fermented and matured in a combination of French oak barrels and terracotta amphorae, spending extended time on its lees. This patient, traditional technique builds an incredibly luxurious, waxy mid-palate without ever masking the vibrant natural acidity that defines world-class Chenin.

Pouring a glass reveals an immensely complex profile of ripe yellow peach, baked quince, and subtle honeycomb, all underpinned by a taut, mineral tension.
