A sunny, warm July and August were balanced by sharp, cooling night-time temperature drops, allowing the grapes to mature at a slower, steadier pace. This gradual ripening has resulted in a 2024 vintage that bursts with exceptional aromatic complexity, a gorgeously balanced texture, and a crisp, vibrant energy.

Bramito della Sala serves as a brilliantly expressive, entry-level introduction to the iconic white winemaking mastery of Antinori's Umbrian estate. The wine is sourced from vineyards surrounding the medieval fortress of Castello della Sala, where soils are rich in ancient marine fossils, clay, and limestone. Following a gentle, temperature-controlled pressing, the juice undergoes alcoholic and partial malolactic fermentation in a mix of French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
