Pommery Grand Cru Royal is a rare, high-definition expression of the Maison’s prestigious heritage, crafted exclusively from seven of the most iconic Grand Cru terroirs in Champagne. Presented in a striking limited-edition gift box, this vintage release continues the revolutionary legacy of Madame Pommery, who famously created the first successfully marketed 'Brut' in 1874.

The winemaking process is a study in precision, utilizing only the finest Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. These grapes undergo a meticulous secondary fermentation and are aged for over four years in Pommery’s historic chalk cellars, located 30 meters underground at a constant, naturally cool temperature. This extended maturation in a deep, tranquil environment allows the wine to develop a complex structural density and a sophisticated, fine-beaded effervescence that is the hallmark of the Grand Cru series.

Pouring a glass reveals an exceptionally mineral and velvety profile, characterized by delicate notes of honeysuckle, acacia flower, and dried figs.
