’Tis the Season – Taittinger Champagne Hamper

Taittinger stands a little apart from the big Champagne houses. Where most lead on Pinot Noir, Taittinger builds its Brut Réserve around an unusually high proportion of Chardonnay - around 40%, rare for a non-vintage Champagne - which is where its fresh, elegant, finely balanced style comes from. It's a lighter, more refined kind of Champagne, family-owned and aged three to four years before release, and one of the easiest to love at Christmas.
