For most people, the answer is the name they'll recognise: Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and Moët Brut Impérial are the two Champagnes almost everyone knows on sight, Bollinger Special Cuvée and Taittinger Brut Réserve the choice for someone who drinks it regularly.
