Moët & Chandon is the most recognised Champagne in the world, and Rosé Impérial is the house's pink expression of it - the same familiarity, in a bottle that reads as a celebration before it's opened.
Pinot Noir dominates the blend at close to half, giving the wine its intensity, with Meunier for roundness and Chardonnay for elegance. Between a fifth and a third is reserve wine from older years, which is where the consistency comes from. The colour is a bright pink with amber glints, and the wine is full of red fruit: wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, with rose petals and a faint peppery note, then fleshy peach across the palate.
