Bollinger Rosé Champagne Gift Box

Bollinger Rosé is the house's first rosé, launched in 2008 - a deliberate, late addition built in the same spirit as its Special Cuvée. A Pinot Noir-led blend with Chardonnay and Meunier, it takes its soft pink colour and gentle red-fruit character from a small proportion of still red wine from Bollinger's own Grand Cru vineyards, layered over reserve wines from older years. The result is structured and elegant rather than sweet: summer berries, a touch of spice and the creamy depth the house is known for.

It comes in Bollinger's classic 1846 bottle, a broad, near-magnum shape that slows the wine's contact with oxygen and helps it hold its freshness.
