818, Kendall Jenner's tequila, has won over a lot of doubters - and the Reposado is the bottle that did most of the convincing, taking Best Reposado at the World Tequila Awards. Like the rest of the range it's made in Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave at a family-owned distillery, slow-roasted in brick ovens and twice distilled.
What sets the Reposado apart is the time in wood: at least three months in French and American oak, just enough to turn it golden and round it out. Expect sweet roasted agave, caramel and vanilla, with a little toasted nut and soft spice and a smooth, creamy finish. Easy to sip over ice, and a step up in a margarita or an Old Fashioned.
