The Cuvée des Ambassadeurs Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru got a 2-star rating in Le Guide Hachette des Vins, France's most authoritative guide on fine wine. It consists of a subtle blend of 100% Chardonnay grapes from specially selected vineyards, giving the crisp Champagne characteristics of finesse, lightness and elegance.
Comtes de Dampierre is a renound Champagne House in France but little known in the UK. Their Champagne is served in 42 French Embassies across the world. It has also been served in the French Prime Minister's House and the French Senate.
With the French serving this Champagne in many of their most prestigious institutions it is not surprising that this Champagne House produces Champagne from only the finest Grand Cru and Premier Cru grapes.
